We carried out a test to understand if there was a relationship between astrology and perfumery.

Surprisingly, we found that it was, but more than by sign, the correlation was by element. The Fire signs (Aries, Leo and Sagittarius) preferred spicy notes: ginger, peppers, cardamom, found in the family of oriental notes that evidently brought warm characteristics, while the water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) preferred fresh notes , clean, citrus fruits such as bergamot, lemon peel, typical of the Hesperides family from which the first cologne waters were born.

The Air signs (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius) leaned towards greener and more floral notes: basil, geranium, neroli, ylang-ylang, found in the Floral and Fougère family. On the other hand, the earth signs (Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn) were more diverse, some were inclined towards lavender, others towards roses, but all had in common notes of moss, vetiver and woody, typical of the Fougère and Cyprus families.

It was incredible and exciting to see that yes, our energy and the stars influence us.

From these results, we develop a set of fragrances taking into account the preferences obtained per element.
